Sundays: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30pm
Teams will be assigned a shirt color on first come, first served basis.

* Captain of the team must be a YMCA member
* Players must adhere to YMCA rules, regulations and policies
* two 20-minute halfs and five minute half time
* Must be 18 or older and out of high school
* Teams are to supply own same-colored shirt with number
* Rosters are a 10-person limit
* Maximum of 12 teams
* 14 games are guaranteed, plus a tournament
* Tournament is single elimination
* $300 per team
