Heartland of Riverview offers a broad range of intensive therapeutic services designed to maximize the functional capabilities of our patients, enabling them to reach their highest level of independence as quickly as possible. The majority of our patients return home to lead productive lives.

We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy by licensed therapists, to patients of all ages. Program features include: therapy provided by in-house therapists up to 7 days a week, community reentry assessment and home safety evaluation, individualized care plans, and family support and education. Our interim short term stays are designed for those recuperating from a hospital stay. Our program offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, laboratory and pharmaceutical services that allow a patient to recover fully before going home.
