We are a locally and family owned business. I started Reeser Lawncare and Landscaping with a pickup and a single axle trailer in 1998. That first year, I serviced eight accounts on a weekly basis on my own. Since, we have shown consistent yearly growth, I now employ six full-time and one part-time employees in a 9,200 square feet facility located in East Peoria.
We currently service over 80 accounts on a weekly basis with our mowing crew, and I am proud to say that since our inception, our team has completed thousands of jobs in Central Illinois. It has been even more rewarding to know that the past three years, with 2012 being our best year ever, have been our most successful – even in the harsh economic downturn. I believe we have continued to grow during the recession due to our superior service and the quality provided for our customers’ dollar. We take on jobs of all sizes while supplying equal excellence in service to every client – no matter how big or small the landscaping budget. We take unmatched pride in our work and we value the little things that many other companies take for granted.
My father once told me that anything in life is possible if you work hard for it. I have worked very hard to get my business to where it is today and I have instilled that same passion in my son, Justin, who has worked with me for the past six years. Justin will be graduating soon with his horticulture degree after winning numerous awards in state landscaping competitions.
