Landscape Design We pride ourselves on installing unique and long lasting landscapes!
The landscaping design process begins with an initial consultation in which we will come to your location and work one-on-one with you to discover your desire and vision, to share ideas and to develop a basic concept of your project. Once the initial consultation is completed and we have established the criteria for fulfilling your needs, our unique, creative development process begins.
Within the next week or two, your landscape design is developed and presented to you at a second face-to-face meeting. At this meeting you will view a detailed representation of the completed project. We'll go over your landscape design with you in detail. Once you are pleased with the design, we will begin work on a detailed, itemized, bid proposal for your entire project. We’ll get back to you within a couple of days for a third face-to-face meeting to discuss the bid and the implementation of your project.

Irrigation
Irrigation system repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
Our rates are as follows:
Sprinkler System Winterization: $60.00 Sprinkler System Spring Activation and Zone Inspection: $70.00 Sprinkler System Repair work and upgrades: $70 per hour (plus materials). $110 minimum on service / repair calls. $50 for use of wire tracker unit, if needed. After the first hour, we bill by the quarter-hour. Our standard rates for all sprinkler system parts is list price plus 10%. After your repair job is completed, you'll receive a detailed invoice for the work performed and materials used as well as a warranty certificate for the work that was done.
For all service, payment is due upon completion of the work. You can either pay by check or credit card.
Compare Us:
Some Central Illinois sprinkler repair companies may offer a slightly lower hourly rate for sprinkler repairs but will waste your time by not being able to diagnose your problem quickly and not having the correct sprinkler heads and other parts on hand to carry out the repair. While they would be off at the store fetching parts, we'll be finishing the job and handing you an invoice.
